Rozłog, dolina nieckowata - rodzaj nieckowatej doliny o łagodnych zboczach, zazwyczaj niewielkim spadku dna i profilu poprzecznym bez żadnych załomów. Widoczne jest łagodne przejście od wypukłej wierzchowiny do wklęsłej doliny. Rozłogi powstają na obszarach zbudowanych ze skał małoprzepuszczalnych i mało zwięzłych (iły, gliny) w wyniku procesu spłukiwania, działalności ruchów masowych, zwłaszcza spełzywania, w pewnym stopniu też erozji wodnej. Rozróżniamy rozłogi żywe - holoceńskie i martwe - plejstoceńskie.

Rodzajem rozłogu jest niecka denudacyjna.
